CARE & MAINTENANCE
First Burn β
For the best experience, allow your candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface during its first use. This can take up to 3 hours. This initial burn is crucial, as candles have a "memory"βsetting the stage for how they will burn in the future. Following this step helps prevent "tunnelling," where the wick struggles to stay lit due to uneven melting.β
Wick Maintenance
βBefore relighting your candle, always trim the wick to about 1/8". You can do this by gently pinching off the charred bits with your fingers once the candle has cooled, or by using a wick trimmer. Rest assured, our candles arrive pre-trimmed and ready for use!β
Optimal Burn
